To ensure a smooth experience and quality output, please review our booking and delivery terms before confirming your project.

  1. Booking is confirmed only with 60% advance payment.
  2. Remaining 40% must be paid on the event date.
  3. Editing will begin only after full payment.
  4. Proper decoration and sufficient time are required for quality output.
  5. No early or partial delivery beyond what is listed.
  6. Files will be stored for 1 month only after delivery.
  7. For events outside Shahada (MH), travel, food, and accommodation must be provided or covered by the client.
